Wayne has been working in the pre-hospital industry since 2001.  His on-road experience has been gained both here in Australia and abroad.  Wayne’s experience includes being a Paramedic. Paramedic Training Coordinator, Industrial Trainer in mining, Clinical Governance and in late 2014 co founded an Emergency Service company – Talis Group.  Wayne has also developed and managed a number of Paramedic Training Programs.  In early 2014, Wayne co founded PTI as a registered training organisation.

As a director of PTI, Wayne still gets involved by delivering some of the Medical training offered by PTI.  This hands of approach helps PTI keep a grounded approach to the students learning experience while always finding ways to improve the learning experience.

His qualifications include

• BSc (Paramedic),
• MSc (Critical Care),
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
